Clark's Cream was released in 1971. It  is a tall beardless wheat with strong straw and tightly wrapped seeds. K State sent totes to China for research  at their request. They thought that Clark's  Cream resistance to pre harvest sprouting was the result of their tight wrapping.  It has a value higher than many red wheats.
