I currently grow and malt Metcalf Barley and Sonora White Wheat. Harvest for 2020 is 20 tons. I am currently malting by order only, but can produce 2 to 4 tons a month. By 2021, my goal is to produce 4 to 5 tons a month depending on market demand.
